Cancellation and Refund

At Yummy Mithila, customer satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. This policy outlines our process for cancellations and refunds for homemade, preservative-free Mithila snacks delivered across India.

Order Cancellation

We understand that sometimes plans change. However, once an order is confirmed and payment is completed, cancellations are not guaranteed.

  • For any cancellation requests, contact us immediately after placing your order.

  • Orders already dispatched are not eligible for cancellation.

Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Because our products are perishable and made fresh, we do not accept returns unless there is an issue.

Eligible refund scenarios include:

  • Orders received in damaged condition

  • Wrong items delivered

To request a refund, email hello.yummymithila@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery, along with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, or net banking)

  • Timelines may vary based on your bank or payment gateway

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Complaints made after 24 hours of delivery

  • Opened or consumed products

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided during checkout

  • Your Order ID

  • Date of delivery

  • Description and photo evidence of the issue (if applicable)
